Todd is a Principal and the Director of Operations and Construction at Weber Thompson, where he serves as a central connector between design teams and field leadership.

With over 20 years at the firm, he focuses on risk management, construction typology, and ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery across projects, including high-rise multifamily towers, mid-rise multifamily, and mass timber developments. Todd guides teams from early design through construction, mentors staff and contributes to the firm’s standards for documentation and construction excellence.

He has shared his knowledge as a speaker at the 2025 International Mass Timber Conference and Facade+ Conference and has served as a juror for the AIA Northeast Illinois Design Awards. Known for his collaborative approach and deep technical knowledge, he plays a key role in advancing both projects and people at Weber Thompson.
