Current Openings

Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic self-starter with 8+ years of overall experience including 2+ years of experience managing the design and construction of complex commercial or multifamily (mid-rise or high-rise) residential projects. You must believe in premium client care and possess excellent communication, collaboration, team building and organizational skills. Strong fiscal and schedule management abilities are required, in addition to knowledge and comfort with local jurisdictions and an interest in sustainable strategies and design. Revit experience is required as well as a degree in Architecture from an accredited program. LEED Accreditation as well as licensure are preferred but not required for the position.

Project Architect

This position is perfect for the highly technical individual who likes to delve into the details, but can keep the big picture front of mind. Responsibilities focus on coordinating and leading the production and detailing of construction documents for complicated mid-rise or high rise mixed-use residential buildings. We need someone with 8+ years of experience who is detail oriented, comfortable reading and interpreting code, is a strong collaborator with clients, consultants and colleagues, knows how a building goes together, and is a savvy problem solver. Resilience and flexibility is a requirement. Revit experience is required as well as a degree in Architecture from an accredited program. LEED Accreditation as well as licensure are preferred but not required for the position.

Designer

Working closely with our Design Leads, this position develops design concepts, creates high quality visuals, and manages design presentation materials and digital models. We need someone with a great design eye, who is comfortable reading and interpreting code, and is a savvy problem solver. Resilience and flexibility are requirements. You must be a master at Revit, Rendering / VR software and Adobe CC, especially Photoshop and InDesign. A minimum of five years of experience in an architecture firm working on large projects from conceptual design through entitlement documentation and public design reviews is required. A degree in architecture from an accredited program is required. LEED Accreditation as well as licensure are preferred but not required for the position.
