Project Architect
This position is perfect for a highly technical individual with 5-15 years of experience who likes to delve into the details but can keep the big picture front of mind. Responsibilities focus on coordinating and leading the production and detailing of construction documents for complicated mid-rise or high rise mixed-use residential buildings.
Project Designer
Working closely with our Design Principals, this position develops design concepts, creates high quality visuals, and manages design presentation materials and digital models. We need someone with a great design eye, who is comfortable reading and interpreting code, and is a savvy problem solver. Resilience and flexibility are requirements.
Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic self-starter with 8+ years of overall experience including 2+ years of experience managing the design and construction of complex commercial or multifamily (mid-rise or high-rise) residential projects.
Senior Interior Designer
We are looking for a self-starter with 8+ years of experience in residential multi-family, commercial or retail. You must work well in a collaborative environment, be creative and client service oriented, have extensive space planning experience, excellent team communication skills and be obsessed about details and quality control.
Interior Designer
We are looking for someone to bring their excellent design eye, stellar rendering skills and technical knowledge and experience to support our interior designs. You are a self-starter with at least 4 years of experience in residential multi-family projects – either high-rise or mid-rise – senior housing, and commercial office projects who can work well in a highly collaborative environment.
