Senior Project Architect
We’re looking for a Senior Project Architect who is passionate about affordable housing, sustainable design, working collaboratively with a team, is stellar in their communications internally and externally with clients, consultants, and jurisdictions while in a hybrid environment and can rock a Revit model like nobody’s business.
This position is perfect for the highly technical individual who likes to delve into the details but can keep the big picture front of mind. Responsibilities focus on leading and coordinating the production and detailing of construction documents and permit applications for complicated mixed-use residential buildings.
We need someone with 8+ years of experience who is detail oriented, comfortable reading and interpreting code and is a strong collaborator with clients, consultants and colleagues. This person knows how a building goes together, can mentor junior staff, and is a savvy problem solver. Resilience and flexibility are necessary. Revit experience is required.
Requirements:
- Professional degree from an accredited university
- 8+ years of Architecture experience, multifamily residential experience preferred
- 5+ years of Revit experience
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, specifications and building codes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to distill and relay critical information to project team, clients and consultants
- Interact well with other disciplines
- Professional registration preferred
- Sustainability certification preferred
- Facility in MS Office required.
- Hybrid schedule; four days a week in office (M-Th)
We are committed to pay equity that is fair and competitive. As of this posting, the salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the level of relevant experience and education as well as market factors.

Job Captain
This position is perfect for the emerging professional who is in their first few years in the exciting world of architecture. Responsibilities will center on production of design development and construction documents as part of a larger team.
We’re looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience, ideally with experience in multifamily residential, who is detail oriented, a strong collaborator, and a savvy problem solver. Resilience and flexibility are necessary. Revit experience is required as well as a degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Being on a path to licensure is preferred.
We are committed to pay equity that is fair and competitive. As of this posting, the salary for this position is between $70,000-85,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the level of relevant experience and education as well as market factors.
