Human-scaled architecture

A rhythm of protruding bays and canopy elements create movement and interest at the Uptown Apartments at Kirkland Urban. This prominent corner is visible from many angles, and serves as a gateway to the development. Rowhouses line the facades facing the commercial and office areas of this six story, 185 apartment unit building, providing a human scale to the massive structure.

Designed for living

Units range from open 1-bedrooms to 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units. Within them, large or floor to ceiling windows provide generous natural light, while stainless steel appliances, gas ranges and AC create a very attractive package for potential residents. Balconies allow for a stronger connection to nature – especially in those select units with a view of Lake Washington.
