A flexible space supports a hybrid workforce for this global materials science company. The program includes a more private workspace for local staff, as well as a versatile area for larger events used to launch new product lines.
A multi-purpose conference room has a full-length operable wall that opens to accommodate 50-75 person events by spilling out into the adjacent lobby area. A separate workspace encourages collaboration between staff members, with a breakout space for team work sessions. Tucked behind the efficient kitchen, a private conference room allows for smaller internal meetings and private conversations.
