Tiffani Erdmanczyk

With an artist’s eye and a knack for details, Tiffani Erdmanczyk quickly established herself as a powerhouse upon starting at Weber Thompson in the spring of 2020.

Joining the team with extensive experience in high-end residential homes, museums, and other institutional projects, Tiffani has worked at a variety of award-winning firms in all corners of the United States where she cut her teeth amongst the nation’s top architects. Ultimately, she was drawn to the Pacific Northwest’s beauty and mild weather, and she joined Weber Thompson to be a part of the family-like atmosphere.

At Weber Thompson, she is an architectural detailer working with design and detailing teams on a variety of projects ranging from high-rise to workplace buildings. Most recently, she wrapped up work on 9 North, a 7-story lab-ready office building slated for South Lake Union.

Outside of the office, Tiffani is an accomplished painter. She spends much of her spare time creating beautiful, ethereal watercolor paintings. View her work at tiffanierdmanczykart.com.
