Since 1997, Nicole has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout the office. Early on, she managed the design and construction of Blakely Hall, a community center that was the first project in the United States to be awarded a Green Globe certification for sustainable commercial buildings.

Over the years, Nicole has worked on multifamily and high-rise projects in Seattle, Kirkland and Edmonds, run multiple feasibility studies and yield analyses on various sites, and has contributed to Weber Thompson’s unit planning bible. Recently, she’s been an active participant in the firm’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Suffice to say, Nicole is able to take on any challenge and is welcome on any team.

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has worked in design since 1996. Her belief that good design comes from a solidified work method combined with continuing education led her to become part of Weber Thompson’s first wave of LEED APs and a member of the team that originated Weber Thompson’s sustainable design initiatives.
