Leslie Riibe

Senior Graphic Designer

Leslie Riibe

Leslie joined Weber Thompson with a wealth of experience designing visual identities and marketing assets for artists, non-profit organizations and local businesses that include Tom Douglas Restaurants and the Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest. She brings her experience to bear on many of the projects in the office, from visual design to signage on projects such as Ascent and Marlowe.

As Weber Thompson’s innovator and guardian of graphic standards, she collaborates daily with architects, interior designers and landscape architects to maintain the firm’s high-quality graphics while using a detailed eye to keep the Weber Thompson brand fresh and pertinent. She is a type enthusiast who offers workshops to colleagues on typographic history and best practices.

In 2017 Leslie completed the University of Washington’s User-Centered Design program to bolster instinctive empathy for the people who interact with our projects. She continues to synthesize how UX Design methods – mostly in the digital space – can integrate with the architectural process in the built environment.

She’s an active member of AIGA and SEGD and enjoys most of the Humanities. Outside of Weber Thompson, you’ll find her at a design meet-up, daydreaming in bookshops or wandering urban areas in search of a beautiful sign.
