Interior designer, Monica Knapp joined WT in 2007 and has worked across a range of project types, from high-rises and hospitality to senior living; the work she is most passionate about.
For Monica, good design begins with understanding how people will use and live in a space. She thinks about the small moments that make a place feel comfortable and familiar, from the way someone settles into a room to how a community comes together. Her strong design and visualization skills help turn those ideas into spaces that feel welcoming and intuitive, with the people who experience them always front of mind.
Outside the office, you can find Monica churning up a pint of her latest ice cream creation, jamming to her favorite ’90s tunes, or enjoying time with her kids.
