Weston was influenced early in life by his father and grandfather’s careers in construction – it’s from watching their work that he grew an admiration for the built environment, inspiring him to pursue a career in architecture. As a student at the University of Washington, Weston spent two summers interning with WT before becoming a full-time team member early in 2022.

He brings experience in industrial warehouses and multifamily housing and is currently working on an assisted living project in the Ravenna Bryant neighborhood where he is responsible for 3D modeling and drawing creation. Always willing to lend a helping hand and jump in where needed, Weston is also bringing our Fabrication room (the FabLab) to life.

When he’s not looking for another project to 3D model or perfecting his woodworking crafts, Weston spends his time gaming at home, or playing music as a classically trained violinist and guitar enthusiast.
