Knowing how a building is put together in a technical sense, and with a design-conscious eye, describes Associate Marc Furst’s skills to a T. He has developed this balance through his work on a wide variety of projects including single family estates, commercial office projects, department of defense structures, tenant improvements and high-rise, mid-rise and multifamily housing projects.

Shortly after Marc joined Weber Thompson in 2005 he began working on a 16 story, Class A office building in Pioneer Square. This allowed him to expand upon his previous experience with tenant improvements for software and tech companies. Currently, Marc is a member of WT’s commercial team, working on projects from design through construction.

Marc earned his LEED AP credentials in 2007 and has worked on a significant number of sustainable projects. His technical skills, eye for aesthetics, and penchant for sustainability drive his design process and result in functional designs that meet the needs of his clients and end users.
