Lauren Jones

Lauren has always loved that architecture lies at the center of a Venn diagram between art, functionality, and place. Her earliest memories include dreaming up floor plans and using cheat codes to design the best Sims house. Now, for over 13 years, she has worked in all forms of residential architecture. At Weber Thompson, she’s excited to be a part of a firm that pushes the envelope of design, research, and sustainability.

She enjoys working collaboratively with a team, distilling everyone’s ideas into a coherent design that can be seen through from initial concept to the built work. With the belief that constraint drives design and creativity, she enjoys the complex puzzle of putting together a building.

In her free time, Lauren can be found reading on her porch swing, cycling around Seattle, or outside enjoying nature.
