A Seattle native, Johanna has seen the incredible growth of our region over the years. This is part of what has inspired Johanna to start a career in architecture – being able to help contribute to the growth of our city in a way that is equitable and meaningful. Joining Weber Thompson at the beginning of 2020, Johanna began working with the affordable housing team. Having the opportunity to help build strong, inclusive communities is one of her favorite aspects of her job.
Johanna is passionate about residential design and she finds inspirations all around her. Whether she’s taking cues from buildings she sees while out on neighborhood walks, noticing intricate patterns, or observing everyday human interaction – she is constantly finding links between her daily routine and her work.
Outside of the office, Johanna stays busy with her family and is always looking for their next travel adventure.
