Justin Pagorek

Justin’s path to architecture started early from building with LEGO as a child to discovering design thinking in college. After gaining experience across different project types in the Pacific Northwest, he joined Weber Thompson to continue working on multifamily projects and deepen his focus on sustainable design.
He enjoys the problem solving at the heart of architecture, especially developing early design concepts, refining high-performance details, and seeing projects come to life during construction. Justin is passionate about creating thoughtful, lasting places that serve both residents and the communities around them.
Outside the office, you’ll find him playing tennis, traveling, trying new restaurants, gaming, or tackling projects around his house.
