Avenue Bellevue
Mixed-Use Development of the Year

The Avenue Bellevue award highlighted its two sculpted towers, which bring luxury residences, exclusive Estates, and the Pacific Northwest’s first InterContinental Hotel to the city. The project’s pedestrian-focused plaza and upper-level retail further elevate the experience, creating a vibrant destination for dining, shopping, and gathering in downtown Bellevue.

Beacon Pacific Village
Affordable Housing Development of the Year

Beacon Pacific Village was recognized for delivering affordable, family-sized homes with onsite childcare and elder support services, helping reduce displacement in Beacon Hill and the CID. Its sustainable design, inspired by the Art Deco character of the Pacific Hospital Campus, transformed a landmark site into a healthy, community-focused place to live. A rapid, full lease-up further underscored its impact and leadership in affordable housing.
