Rachael Bauer

Joining Weber Thompson in 2011, Senior Associate Rachael Bauer works as part of the Interior Design Group on a variety of mixed-use, multifamily buildings and commercial projects. Prior to Weber Thompson, Rachael’s work had a focus on commercial design with an emphasis on office tenant improvements. Each year with every new project, Rachael expands her design aesthetic, turning spaces into a unique vision to best fit each client.

While at Washington State University, Rachael double majored in Interior Design and Spanish, a skill that is quite handy when she is traveling and exploring her passion for Hispanic cultures. Her creative energies course beyond the office doors and into the community as well. Rachael serves as an animal rights advocate and enjoys dancing Flamenco.
