The project includes 112 units with 39 floorplans designed to meet many different lifestyle needs.
Amenities include a garden courtyard with fire-pit, patio and access to Mercer Island's art park and trail system; swimming pool and exercise room; salon and spa; various living and activity rooms; performing arts center; business center; and arts and crafts studio.
A health and wellness center will provide assisted living services.
