The Dwelling Company — Mercer Island, WA
The Dwelling Company, a developer and builder of homes, wanted an office space with a fun, playful attitude to reflect the personality of this young, innovative housing developer and underscore their building expertise. Weber Thompson's design team created an unexpected space mixing cutting edge design techniques that allowed traditional, raw building materials such as cork, poly core, studs and sheetrock to be revealed in the office. The company's colors were also incorporated with navy blue walls throughout and a punchy red accenting the reception area and leading visitors into the body of the office.
