An Associate at Weber Thompson, Joe has ushered multiple mid-rise, mixed-use projects from initial feasibility and yield analysis through construction since joining the firm in 1998. On each project, Joe balances a high aesthetic eye with a task-oriented approach resulting in projects that are well received by clients, municipalities and the public. He brings over 20 years of experience in corporate, hospitality, retail and residential mixed-use projects to the table.
Joe is active in his community, most recently serving on the Design Review Board for the city of Kenmore. He has also collaborated with the City of Redmond, creating a watercolor illustration of what their city would look like after a wave of public and private development had been completed.
Joe earned his degree from Washington State University, taking time during his college years to study abroad in London as well as become active with Habitat for Humanity.
