Joining Weber Thompson in 1999, Mindy brought with her a solid background in custom single-family homes. Promoted to Senior Associate in 2007, Mindy oversees all phases of design and construction in a variety of project types including urban mixed-use, senior and affordable housing.

After receiving the Richard Campbell Traveling Scholarship and graduating from the University of Oregon, Mindy has kept up her desire to learn more and do more. Representing Weber Thompson with the Master Builders Association, the Housing Development Consortium, she consults to JDRF / Sheraton Gingerbread Village Extravaganza, and is a Chair Emeritus of Seattle’s West Design Review Board (which covers South Lake Union, Queen Anne, and Magnolia).  She makes time to golf, garden, travel and work within other artistic mediums.
