Joining Weber Thompson in 1999, Mindy brought with her a solid background in custom single-family homes. Promoted to Senior Associate in 2007, Mindy oversees all phases of design and construction in a variety of project types including urban mixed-use, senior housing and attached single-family homes within planned communities.

After receiving the Richard Campbell Traveling Scholarship and graduating from the University of Oregon, Mindy has kept up her desire to learn more and do more. Representing Weber Thompson with the Master Builders Association and serving as Chair of Seattle’s West Design Review Board (which covers South Lake Union, Queen Anne, and Magnolia), she somehow still finds the time to golf, garden, travel and work within other artistic mediums. One of which is gingerbread and fondant, a November treat for the JDRF / Sheraton Gingerbread Village Extravaganza.
