The nexus of where the operations of all departments converge, Elizabeth spends her days answering questions, dealing with challenges, focusing staff on priorities and answering more questions. It is a testament to her good nature that she actually enjoys this.

Starting as a part time PR Director in 2002, Elizabeth quickly evolved into a valued member of the marketing team. She earned her MBA from the University of Washington and took over office operations focusing on analyzing the processes, business strategies and financials of the firm. Elizabeth was promoted to Associate in 2006, then Principal in 2007. In 2015 she became an owner in the firm.

Elizabeth was a key member of the firm’s leadership team through the recession, analyzing every aspect of the business to increase efficiencies and streamline processes. Weber Thompson emerged from the recession stronger than ever – as evidenced by their three time win of the PSMJ’s prestigious Circle of Excellence Award.

Elizabeth’s variety of roles at Weber Thompson keeps her involved in every project designed, her favorite being The Terry Thomas. With it from beginning to end, Elizabeth’s major role was strategizing the project from an operational viewpoint, supplying the team with a thorough analysis and engaging a PR firm and the press to promote the internationally award-winning building.

Holding over twenty years of experience in strategic business planning, marketing and writing, Elizabeth looks forward to leading Weber Thompson into a strong financial and operational future. She is the former leader of Washington State’s Deltek User Group, is a member of a local roundtable of Architecture and Engineering CFOs, and was formerly on the board of directors of the Puget Sound American Marketing Association.
