Laurie Allison Wilson is a project manager in Weber Thompson’s affordable housing studio. A licensed architect with over 30 years of professional experience in Seattle and San Francisco, Laurie is fiercely passionate about creative placemaking and honoring the communities each building serves. She has extensive experience in affordable housing and multifamily projects.
As a project manager, Laurie is an advocate for her clients, her team, and the people who will one day call her projects home. She’s vocal in the community – always looking to make connections and network in Seattle’s wide range of diverse communities. It is through these connections that Laurie is able to employ an empathetic design approach for her affordable housing work that puts people first.
As the founder of the "Cities for All Project", she worked with an integrated design team to address issues of economic parity in concert with new forms of green architecture. She won an honorable mention for cost-efficient design from the Columbus Ohio Neighborhood Association’s affordable housing competition and has served on numerous review boards in the Pacific Northwest.
When she’s not managing projects, Laurie can be found creating and editing short films.
