Erik Schultz

Erik wasted no time launching his career in architecture – he began interning at a firm when he was just a junior in high school. Since then he has spent over fifteen years gaining a variety of experience in multifamily, retail and most prominently, K-12 projects.

His experience and passion for designing sustainable communities is the perfect fit for his role as Project Architect on the Trailside Student Housing Phase 2 project team. Taking the diverse challenges that architecture can present and synthesizing them into a cohesive, beautiful and functional design is what motivates Erik, and it’s one of his biggest strengths that he brings to all of his projects.

Outside of the office Erik enjoys using his design eye for photography, playing board games with his friends, hiking one of the many beautiful trails in the PNW and rooting for his favorite Seattle sports teams.
