A California native, Lissa lived in different cities around the world before landing in Seattle in 2012 to attend the University of Washington Master of Architecture program. Joining Weber Thompson’s Interior Design team with a background in architecture, she also brings an expertise in ADA and accessibility guidelines. With her architectural background, skillful hand-sketched unit layouts, and passion for colors and materials she adds a dynamic combo of technical knowledge and creativity to the team.
Lissa uses her skillsets on a variety of projects ranging from construction administration and schematic design on high-rise projects, to helping with construction documents on mid-rise projects. Lissa is also an outspoken advocate for the affordable housing community and has experience working directly with disenfranchised, low-income communities in California and Seattle.
When she’s not in the office she can be found exploring Seattle with her dog, working on renovations to her tiny (460 sf) urban condo or showing off her rollerblading skills.
