Ki Kim joined Weber Thompson as a project architect in 2016. He is licensed architect and LEED accredited professional with a decade of experience in all phases of design and construction. He has worked on a wide range of domestic and international projects including master plans, high-rise buildings, mixed-use centers, theme parks, hospitality and retail.
The process of working with a collaborative team to understand a site’s nuances is what excites Ki the most. During his time at Weber Thompson, he has worked on several complex, mixed-use projects including a luxury hotel and living development in Bellevue, and a new urban shopping center in Ballard. In addition to regular project work, Ki regularly develops feasibility studies to help clients quickly understand the opportunities and challenges a site might present.
In his free time, Ki can be found enjoying the company of his family at home. When he has the chance, he relishes the opportunity to travel, hike, snowboard or work on his golf swing.
