Whether sketching a concept on trace paper or working out a construction detail, Brock Williams, also known as ‘Brockstar,’ works quickly and efficiently and with consistently high attention to detail. He is a respected team member that clients, consultants and colleagues turn to again and again for his rock solid technical knowledge, expertise and reliably positive attitude.

As a child, Brock loved watching his father – also an Architect – draw and design buildings. In the evenings and on weekends, he’d help hi s dad remodel their home. He eagerly followed his father’s footsteps, earning his Bachelor and Master of Architecture, and eventually his license.

Twenty years later, he has gathered a wealth of experience in a wide variety of project types including hotels, restaurants, commercial office buildings and tenant improvements. With exceptional design and organizational skills, he has managed projects from schematic design through permitting and construction.

Before joining Weber Thompson in 2015, he worked at a few other firms in the Seattle area, building an impressive portfolio of projects in the states and abroad. A few of his notable projects include the mall portion of a mixed-use high-rise project in Wuxi, China and the management of the design and documentation of a 350-room Hyatt Hotel in Renton, WA. For both projects he worked with the client, team and multiple consultants to see the projects through construction administration.

When he’s not at the office, Brock gets outdoors as often as possible to ski, hike or row – he recently began rowing competitively on the waters of Lake Union.  He also loves getting his hands dirty in his garden and has a passion for travel. A few of his favorite recently visited countries are Cambodia, Thailand, Peru and Patagonia.
