Scott E. Thompson, AIA, LEED AP has nearly 35 years of architectural and planning experience, specializing in high-density, urban infill and mixed-use buildings. He has additional experience in commercial structures, planned-unit developments, high-end condominiums, multifamily housing, hospitality projects, health clubs and custom single-family residences.

Mr. Thompson was principal in charge of development and design of Weber Thompson's new office building in the South Lake Union neighborhood. The goal is to create a landmark building with a LEED CS (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Core and Shell) Gold certification. This building is the most recent in a number of buildings throughout Seattle in which Mr. Thompson has been involved in the design and development.

He works with a range of clients from corporations to first-time developers, whom he has guided through the complex design process to create highly successful finished projects.

Mr. Thompson is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He received his undergraduate education from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from the University of Washington. Mr. Thompson is a licensed architect in the states of Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Texas, Idaho and California and is National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certified.

Outside of the office, Mr. Thompson is on the Board of Trustees at Eastside Preparatory School in Kirkland and has been involved in the ACE mentoring program, working with high-school students who have an interest in architecture and engineering. He is also a coach and umpire for a local Little League division.
