Rick E. Nishino, AIA, LEED AP oversees the construction administration of numerous projects, including high-rise and mid-rise residential and commercial developments. He is the firm's point person on construction administration, building code analysis, construction documents, quality assurance review and management of subconsultants and contractors.

Among the projects he has worked on at Weber Thompson are Cristalla, a mixed-use, high-rise project in Seattle; Hotel 1000/Madison Tower, a hotel-condominium high-rise in Seattle; and Aljoya House, an upscale retirement community on Mercer Island, WA.

Mr. Nishino is a licensed architect in Washington state and has more than 20 years of experience in architecture, planning and construction administration for multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office and industrial projects. He received a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Washington State University.
