Project Information

  • Sixteen story high-rise apartment building on a full-block site in downtown Seattle.
  • Bio-retention planters filled with native plants, located in the plaza and on level six, catch and store roof storm water, provide evapotranspiration and reduce runoff.
  • A water-conserving irrigation system was designed along with a planting plan that favored low water use plants.
  • Building is pursuing LEED Silver certification
