  • Recognized through the Quality Growth Alliance, a partnership of major organizations in Puget Sound concerned with sustainability in regional planning and the built environment
  • Supported by energy conservation grants from the Bonneville Power Administration and Seattle City Light
  • 69% reduction in outdoor water demand through drought-tolerant landscaping and efficient irrigation systems plus water use reduction through low-flow and efficient fixtures and appliances
  • Project team included Steve Cox, Architect as design consultant
