At this prime location in the heart of the city’s convention center district, a new mixed-use retail, hotel and residential tower is beginning to take shape. This prominent street corner will be an urban oasis broken into three zones: public, private, and an interstitial transition zone. An outdoor restaurant seating area is punctuated by elevated planters, low dividing walls, glass screens and water features. The public realm will contain benches, street trees and radiating paving patterns.
On level ten, the top of the tower’s podium, a variety of outdoor amenities are provided for residents. Places to sit and gather are scattered amongst trees, fireplaces and plantings. The fitness center spills out onto an outdoor deck, particularly useful for summertime yoga sessions.
The rooftop deck at the top of the tower contains four distinct seating zones for entertaining or gathering near a fireplace or water feature, and a dramatic oculus in the sweeping canopy will allow a tree to rise through it and reach toward the sky.
