The Opal Finishes Construction Completely Sold Out
Seattle, Washington — May 27, 2004 — Taking advantage of the housing market's continued strength, The Opal, a new residential building in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, sold out in only one month, even before its construction had completed. Designed by Seattle architecture, interior design and planning firm Weber + Thompson, The Opal is a six-unit residential project that brings a mix of flats and townhouses to this eclectic community. Combining contemporary design and clean, simple detailing with traditional materials, The Opal's exterior is elegant brick with metal cladding for the generous bay windows and oversized decks that mark the building.
"This project is the result of a shared vision between the architect and developer teams to create a clean, simply detailed, high-quality project," states architect Scott Thompson AIA, principal of Weber + Thompson.
The Opal is located at 1605 East Pike.
