Principal Peter David Greaves, AIA, LEED AP is Weber Thompson's lead designer of mid-rise projects. He oversees several complex mixed-use projects, including Cleveland Street, Totem Lake Mall Redevelopment and Pine + Belmont.

Mr. Greaves, who worked as a Weber Thompson associate before his promotion to principal, earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, and relocated to Seattle, where he has worked in architecture for 30 years.

He is an active member of the architecture community. In addition to serving as president of the Washington Council of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for the 2006-2007 year, Mr. Greaves is past president of AIA Seattle. He also served as AIA Seattle vice president, treasurer and director. Mr. Greaves led the chapter's AIA150, which observed the 150th anniversary of the establishment of AIA and was part of a nationwide celebration in 2007 and beyond to highlight architects' efforts to create livable, sustainable communities.
