Introducing a 24-hour lifestyle into an 8 to 5 commuter zone is a strong challenge. With Penterra Plaza, a two-tower office and residential live/work/play community, Weber Thompson helped the client realize a vision of creating an urban village within an office park. Replacing the traditional asphalt parking lots with activated streets and plazas, Weber Thompson created a powerful design solution that enhances the pedestrian experience and helps to create a sense of community. The brick and glass towers have received praise for their careful massing and sculptural form that adds to the revitalization of the Denver Technological Center.
