Weber Thompson is a place where people work because they are passionate about what they do, and strive to do it to the best of their abilities.
This is more than a place to go to pay the rent, buy the latest iWhatever and fund Saturday nights. Between deadlines, projects and clients, we play. There are Dim Sum lunches, the Annual Employee Art Show, the Chili Cook-Off (winner gets the coveted glittery wooden spoon!), The Redlines (soccer team), Line Shot (volleyball team), Food Frenzy bake sales and happy hours, plein air sketching lunches, random appearances of pies, the summer picnic, the holiday party, May’s Bike to Work Month, November’s Ride the Rain, Bagel Fridays (we are hungry people), Awkward Holiday Sweater Day, and the revered, elusive Golden Invitational.
After hours, employees are encouraged to live their outside lives. We hold a firm belief that a strong balance between work and play strengthens both, leading to a greater, more interesting individual; someone we are excited to work with. Here, employees are more than just professionals; we are foodies, readers, dog owners, home builders, golfers, motorcycle enthusiasts, travelers, marathon runners, soccer players, writers, Walking Dead devotees, diehard Seahawks/Sounders/Mariners/Huskies/Cougars/Ducks fans, artists, photographers, gardeners, jewelry makers, bass players, mothers, fathers, partners and citizens.
There are many personalities here; and few egos.
