Nicole Winn LEED® AP

Nicole Winn LEED AP, is a Senior Associate at Weber Thompson focusing on high-rise and sustainable design projects. A graduate from the University of Cincinnati, Nicole has over 12 years of experience working on multifamily, retail and public projects. Her current projects include a mixed-use residential high-rise project for downtown Seattle's Market District that will appeal to a range of incomes and buyers.

Nicole is also a member of the Green Team, an enthusiastic group of Weber Thompson architects and interior designers who research sustainable design options, consult on green projects running through the office and conduct LEED exam study groups.
