Masins on Main — Bellevue, WA
The City of Bellevue planners had a very specific vision for this project: a building that activated the sidewalk and contributed to Bellevue's plan to foster an urban-center village downtown. Weber Thompson responded with a friendly 48-unit mixed-use building anchored by a substantial public plaza complete with a water fountain and landscaping. The retail space was designed specifically to accommodate Seattle's venerable furniture store Masins, who occupies the two retail floors in the project.
