Located in downtown Seattle, this development combines an upscale hotel with a sophisticated residential community containing 47 luxury condominium units.
Weber Thompson created exceptional condominium suites with luxurious open plans, oversized floor-to-ceiling windows, large terraces, and an elegant finish package. The residential floors are designed so that every unit is on a corner, commanding magnificent water or city views. Through focus groups, and a study of buyer profiles, Weber Thompson designed residences that appeal to demanding and worldly buyers with very sophisticated palates.
Weber Thompson collaborated with Andrea Dawson, lead designer for the hotel interiors. Early building design concept was executed by Gensler.
