Nicole Winn LEED® AP

Nicole Winn LEED AP, is a Senior Associate at Weber Thompson focusing on high-rise, mid-rise and sustainable design projects.  A graduate from the University of Cincinnati, Nicole has over 15 years of experience working on multifamily, retail and community center projects including Blakely Hall, the first project in the United States to be awarded a Green Globe certification.  Her current projects include a mixed-use residential high-rise project for downtown Seattle's Market District that will appeal to a range of incomes and buyers.

Nicole is currently enrolled in the National Building Sustainable Advisor Course, run by the Sustainable Building Advisory Institute, and is a member of Weber Thompson’s Green Team – an enthusiastic group of architects and interior designers who research sustainable design options, and consult on green projects running through the office.
