Gallery 260 — Ketchum, ID
Gallery 260 is a four-story building with 22 flats and seven town homes, each with its own private patio. The ground floor features a residential lobby with a fireplace, a private club room and three retail spaces arranged around a public outdoor sculpture court. Located on a prominent corner in the heart of Ketchum’s First Avenue Arts Promenade, the building is a contemporary collage of material and form. With a palette of hardwood, steel and glass, the designers created an architectural statement that balances traditional Ketchum charm and timeless urban design.
