Fulcrum Technologies — Seattle, WA
Fulcrum's office building had a disjointed floor plan, small enclosed offices and poor circulation. The Weber Thompson design team turned this dysfunctional space into an efficient working environment as envisioned by Fulcrum's CEO. Open work areas were created by utilizing the high ceilings in conjunction with low workstations to increase the natural light and sense of space. Customized sit-to-stand computer terminals, a break/game room and an outdoor terrace were provided to meet Fulcrum's goal of creating a comfortable office where employees are motivated and inspired.
