Equinox Sales Center – Seattle, WA
The Equinox Sales Center, located just down the street from the project site, contains a custom designed leasing desk for the assistant manager, a manager’s office, kitchen and bathroom vignettes and display areas with material boards displaying the unit schemes. The design of the sales center takes cues from the design for the Equinox interiors to give potential buyers a feel for the Northwest-inspired colors and textures of their new home.
Residents may choose from three Northwest-inspired finish packages: “Nature” draws from the colors of the Pacific Northwest and was designed for outdoor lovers and cyclists. The “Water” palette, inspired by the waters of Lake Union, appeals to kayakers and boaters who choose Equinox for its proximity to the water. And for those who want a city feel, the “Urban” palette takes cues from the setting of Seattle.
