Dahlia Park — Issaquah Highlands, WA
A unique pocket of Issaquah Highland, Dahlia Park was designed to emulate many of Seattle's organically developed neighborhoods with its array of traditional architecture styles and materials. The 109 home neighborhood is set apart from the rest of the community and surrounded by green belts with trails connecting to the town center. At the center of Dahlia Park is a terraced communal park ringed by alley-loaded homes. There are seven different housing types, all with ground floor master bedrooms to accommodate the changing lifestyle of its residents. Most homes feature a garden room – a central courtyard – that opens up the traditional floor plan and allows for extra windows and added light penetration.
