These cottages are part of a larger 14-acre, 119-unit Crofton community in Issaquah Highlands, also planned by Weber Thompson, with 70 of the homes meeting King County’s affordability requirements. Forty-one cottages in meandering rows between the greens terrace down the hill and are connected by pedestrian-only pathways to streets and parking garages at the perimeter. Carriage house units are located over these garages. This arrangement creates a safer environment for families while fostering interaction between neighbors. At the central green spine, 1200 square foot Camp Cottages provide an affordable, flexible home that lives larger than their not so big size. All homes are 3-Star Built Green.
