Cristalla Sales Center — Seattle, WA
The Cristalla Sales Center contains a complete design center and a fully furnished 2-bedroom model unit which was constructed to demonstrate the luxury and comfort of the Cristalla lifestyle.
A five-foot tall model of Cristalla and an oversized context model provides a realistic representation of the building, context, views and proximity to neighborhood conveniences and cultural amenities. Detailed floor plans are presented on oversized backlit panels, along with elegant graphics depicting common areas and amenity plans. The sales center itself is composed of an Italian Modern flavor with simple, bold geometry and a careful orchestration of color and light. The success of the Sales Center is demonstrated by this simple fact: Cristalla had over 100 sales in the first two weeks.
