Christopher Dowell, LEED AP, is an Associate at Weber Thompson and has over ten years of single and multi-family residential experience. At Weber Thompson Christopher manages several projects throughout the greater Seattle area including a mixed-use residential project in Lower Queen Anne that combines condominiums, live/work units and retail space into two buildings. He is also focusing on a mixed-use residential building with office and retail space in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood. Christopher earned his Bachelor of Architecture from University of Texas.
