The Boulevard Sales Center — Kirkland, WA
The Boulevard Sales Center, offers potential owners a glimpse of the upscale style and comfort the project has to offer its residents. The sales center's clean, warm look reflects The Boulevard's Eastside Modern feel, sharing the same color palette and light fixtures as the residential units. The sales center includes a large scale model of the building, as well as a full kitchen and bath vignette and a colorboard area that showcases different floorplans and palette options. The Boulevard was occupied with all but two of its 167 condominiums sold.
