The NAIOP Night of the Stars People’s Choice Award voting is now open and we have three projects in the running.
Located in Lower Queen Anne just blocks from Seattle Center, Elan Uptown Flats is a thoughtfully designed, 182-unit residential community with a modern aesthetic. A unique urban porch enlivens the pedestrian corner, encourages neighborhood interactions and provides a cozy gathering space. The site’s primary challenge, the grade change – became an opportunity to harness light and views for killer amenities. Creative, yet timeless design makes this project a win for the neighborhood, residents and team.
621 Woodland Square Loop SE, aka the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) building, is a redevelopment of an existing suburban office park building in Lacey, WA. It was expanded from 23,000 sf to 43,600 sf and upgraded to Class A office space, while also boosting the revitalization of a neighborhood and providing appealing, state-of-the-art offices for UTC employees. A successful deal and beautiful design have made it a keystone of the team’s portfolio.
Kiara is a 461-unit residential high rise with 15,000 SF of retail in South Lake Union. The building raises the bar for luxury urban living providing residents with first-class customer service, stunning apartment homes, valuable amenities, and amazing views.
