Blakely Hall — Issaquah, WA
Creating a central, civic location that combined community events with the management offices of the 2,223 acre Issaquah Highlands presented a challenge to Weber Thompson. The 7,000sf building needed to be a warm and welcoming gathering place for the residents of Issaquah Highlands, yet needed to retain a more formal, public face. The design team worked closely with the community and professionals who would eventually work in Blakely Hall to create a building that met all their disparate needs.
Blakely Hall earned a LEED Silver rating and a two-globe Green Globes Award.
