Sky Hotel + Residences — Federal Way, WA
Federal Way's urban center economic redevelopment and planning vision is turning away from typical auto-centric development to pedestrian oriented and mixed-use urban development. With a focus on bringing density, revitalization, and pedestrian connectivity to the city center, this project is envisioned as a place where neighbors can come together for a variety of uses, activities, and events. As a new community hub, its activated sidewalk and plaza level restaurant and retail spaces, and nearly ¾-acre landscaped public plaza with views of Mount Rainier will bring a new vitality and livability of the city's urban center. The project mixes residential, hotel, retail and office space.
