At its base, the streetscape engages the public by gracefully incorporating the existing oak trees and adding reclaimed timber benches for seating. Two higher amenity levels compliment and expand on the architecture through a series of outdoor rooms culminating in the rooftop terrace. This top terrace has an axial design that utilizes paths, planters, a living wall and an overhead trellis to frame sweeping views of the city and the Olympic Mountains.
